Shipping and Returns
At the moment we are offering FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY on all orders.
Shipping to New Zealand:
3-5 working days by NZ Post.
Shipping to Australia:
5-14 working days by NZ Post (International Air). Non-trackable, non-signature.
Shipping to the Rest of the World:
7-15 working days by NZ Post (International Air). Non-trackable, non-signature.
Any taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock and and cannot be re-stocked within two working weeks we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible with an option to cancel the order and get a full refund.
Refunds will be issued for faulty or incorrect products. Please let us know about the faulty or incorrect product within 7 (seven) days after receiving the product and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or colour, please contact us and send the product back to us within 7 (seven) days after receiving your order. The product must be in the original, unworn condition with tags. Once we receive and verify the original product's condition we will send you the new product.
